I love your receipt and will try it. It's almost identical to my massaged kale salad. I know just the kale you're talking about at the Tucker Farmer's Market -- I gobbled up that tender stuff all in one day. So good. We'll have to make a FM date. Up with kale!Debbie Wileshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16785048910673370370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6245713210697867499.post-25182761099508384712012-06-15T17:02:59.941-04:002012-06-15T17:02:59.941-04:00Funny, I've also been eating mountains of kale...Funny, I've also been eating mountains of kale lately... some from the Dekalb Farmer's Market, some from a local grower who sells some beautiful stuff at the Thursday Tucker Farmer's Market. So far I haven't grown tired of it. LOVE me some kale!

My fav way is to steam it just until it wilts (2 or 3 minutes) and dress it with EVOO, Braggs aminos, cracked pepper, a dash of nutmeg, and some raw cashews. Yum. Sometimes I add some white beans or raw sunflower seeds.Cyndi Cravennoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6245713210697867499.post-47633303113261405692012-06-15T17:00:25.037-04:002012-06-15T17:00:25.037-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.CatConciergehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01996201185183212041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6245713210697867499.post-2366729820202970782012-06-15T16:53:40.622-04:002012-06-15T16:53:40.622-04:00hahaha!
